Dress Up Your Pool Cage With Nebula Lighting and More!

There haven’t been many new ideas to dress up the old pool cage until now! For 24 years, Absolute Aluminum of Venice, Florida has been one of the innovators of pool cage design. We have recently expanded our business to include enhancement products for pool cages and screen enclosures.

Pool cage owners have tried everything including hanging Christmas lights from their track beam in an effort to get some ambient lighting for night time entertaining. Let me tell you about some more innovative products that can really light up you night time entertaining!

NEBULA LIGHTING

Nebula Lighting is the perfect lighting system for pool cage screen enclosures. This system is designed for new or existing pool and patio enclosures. The LED lighting is perfect around pool water, weatherproof from rain and environmental elements (salt, chemicals, etc.). The Nebula light rails are powered by a 12v DC controller and operate on less power than a 60 watt light bulb.

With full dimmer capability, you can control the amount of light you desire for the event or mood you’re trying to create. Dim it way down for a romantic evening under the stars. You’ll get 10,000 hours of enjoyment without ever having to change any of the bulbs with the most advanced LED bulb technology. The bulb rail snaps into your existing pool cage track beam groves above your pool. Nebula Lighting is perfectly safe, no bulbs to replace and virtually no cost to operate.

Nebula Lighting can be installed in less than a day and requires no electrician because it’s low voltage. It’s not limited to just pool cages or screen enclosures; it has been installed in the soffits of homes, decks, docks, seawalls, spas, gazebos, sunrooms and any other area where low voltage lighting could be beneficial.

Because there are no bulbs to replace and minimal operating cost, this lighting system can be used for security purposes.

LED SCONCE LIGHTING

As a lower cost alternative to pool cage lighting, Absolute Aluminum fabricates and builds LED Sconce lights that can mount on the vertical beams of your pool cage. Each sconce has a waterproof LED light kit on the top and bottom of the sconce, light projects from the top and bottom to give elegant ambient lighting for your cage. Available in both bronze and white to match your existing pool cage, this can be done as a DIY project or installed by a professional.

We recommend 4-6 sconce lights to give the appropriate amount of night lighting. An optional dimmer switch could be incorporated to provide control over the amount of light.

CAGE MOUNTED TIKI TORCHES

As another low cost alternative to pool cage lighting, Absolute Aluminum fabricates and welds powder coated aluminum Tiki Torches that can mount on the vertical beams of your pool cage. Fabricated to fit a standard tiki torch insert, this is a great way to light up your pool cage safely without tiki poles inside your pool cage. Torch is also available with a flat bracket for flush mounting against to any wall or post. This is an easy DIY project with mounting screws included.

Absolute Aluminum recently opened its new Outdoor Living Showroom in Venice, Florida, which showcases many of our products on display, including many custom Outdoor Kitchens.

Our kitchen display is under roof with track lighting, ceiling fans and we offer 4 full kitchens on display. The two largest kitchens have operable grills with infrared burners, granite countertops, sink and refrigeration.

We have an open air 30’ x 15’ sunroom with a full furniture set, a patio deck with fireplace & seating and a paver fire pit with full seating around the open pit.

Our space can handle 40-50 people comfortably. The space is outdoor and fully shaded with two areas to escape from the rain. Our space if FREE for your group to use!

We also have a 10’ x 10’ pergola with adjustable louvers that can provide shelter from the sun or rain.

We’ve hosted Chamber events, Young Business Professionals, customer appreciation events and even our quarterly company awards functions for 70 people.

Where Has Customer Service Gone?

Let's be open and honest. Think about the last 10 products or services you have purchased.. Was it a pleasant experience from start to finish?

For me, I would say 8 out of 10 were mediocre at best. The pizza I ordered, and asked repeatedly to be cut into squares, was cut in pie shapes when I went to pick it up. I know it seems a bit picky..but the pizza fits perfectly into my Tupperware container that I bring to lunch when they are cut in squares. (insert whiney voice!)

How Much Does A Pool Cage Cost?

Sometimes, it can be a major 'No-No' for contractors talk about pool cage costs. Why is that? We feel that many times a consumer may want to know what our pricing structure is, so that they can better budget for our quality outdoor living products.

We've looked in our Absolute Aluminum Outdoor Living files and sales statistics to find out that we sure did sell oodles of pool cages!

All kidding aside, we compiled an average price for each pool cage sold. Our findings show, than an average residential pool cage build out is approximately $5,625.00.

There you have it, we've just blown the whistle on how much a pool cage could potentially cost!

Now of course, we should dig a little deeper into these findings.
